Refund policy

RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless we have shipped the wrong item or the product arrives damaged.
If your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at info@kearing.co.uk, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact your local post office to file a claim for resolution.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

IN-STOCK ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
